Order & Shipping Information
At www.branded.net customer satisfaction is what counts! All purchases are processed with full extensive care to meet our customers’ needs. Once we receive your order, it will go through our quality control procedure at our logistics company, your order will then be wrapped in luxury gift packaging (free) and packaged ready for dispatch.

Making a purchase with us is easy. Simply follow the below instructions to successfully complete your order:

Shop by browsing through our products by brand, category or by Price.

Click on the product image to access the individual item's product page where you will view the full product description including size details.

Add your selection to your shopping basket by clicking on the 'Add to basket' button on the product page. Review the item(s) you have chosen in your shopping basket. To delete an item from your shopping basket, click on the 'X' button.

Press the 'Proceed to purchase' button to proceed to the login stage of the checkout and to finalize payment details for your order.

We accept the following card types - Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Delta, Solo, UK Maestro, Mastercard, UK Debit Mastercard, JCB. We also accept PayPal payments, please note you must have a confirmed billing address registered with PayPal. If you do not have a confirmed billing address registered with PayPal the order will be not be accepted and the payment will be refunded.

Once you have completed the order stage, you will receive an acknowledgement email stating that we have received your order. This will include an order identification number, where you will be able to track the process of your order by login to your account on our web site. We will then start to process your order.

Payment Security Information (applies to all card & PayPal transactions)
All card and PayPal transactions will go through a security verification procedure, allowing us to filter out any card payment issues and fraudulent orders (this may delay your order). Please note we only deliver goods to the card holder's name and billing address (the name & address as shown on your card statement). Any different address provided will not be accepted and the transaction will fail on every attempt made. Please note your card issuer may temporarily hold funds for a failed transaction for up to 5 working days.

For added confidence in shopping online with branded.net and to increase the security of Internet transactions, we have introduced 3D-Secure - Verified by Visa & MasterCard Secure Code. 3D Secure is the latest fraud prevention initiative launched by the card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating the cardholder at the time of the transaction.

To use the 3D Secure service, you must first register with your card issuer (please note certain card issuers may allow you to register to the 3D Secure scheme on our web site). Once you have registered you will be automatically prompted at the checkout to provide your 3D Secure password each time you make a purchase. This means that even if someone knows your card number, they will be unable to complete a purchase without your 3D Secure password.

Branded (www.branded.net) reserves the right to cancel orders containing information that cannot be verified.

Once your payment has successfully cleared the payment security verification procedure you will receive an email notice.

We will charge your credit/debit card once your order has been dispatched from our logistics warehouse. A dispatch email will be sent to you advising your order has been sent.

All prices shown on our web site are in British Pounds (UK Sterling).

All prices include VAT. In case the value added tax changes, we will change our prices accordingly. 

Alternative Payment Methods
We also accept payments via fax order, cheque or postal order via post and bank transfer. You can process all the payment methods online, simply add your item(s) to your shopping basket and proceed to the check out. There you will have the option to select the payment method you prefer or alternatively please click here. If you choose to send a cheque or postal order payment, please allow up to 7 to 10 working days for your payment to clear.

Free Luxury Gift Wrap & Gift Card Service
All items are individually wrapped in luxury soft tissue paper & luxury satin ribbon and are delivered in our exquisite signature white boxes or gift bags free of charge.

Coupon Codes
All coupon codes can only be redeemed in the check out at the time of the order being placed. Once an order has been placed on our system a coupon code cannot be added or redeemed against the order. Only one coupon code can be redeemed per order.

Shipping Information
Once your order has cleared the payment stage our logistics company will process your order through our quality control procedure. Your order will be packed in secure and appropriate packaging, ready for dispatch.

Depending on the destination of your order, we use various courier services. Please see below for our shipping rates and shipping timescale.

All express next day delivery orders we receive from Monday to Friday before 11am will be processed on the same day for a next day delivery before 1pm (excluding any Bank Holiday). Any orders we receive on Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. All orders received on any Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day.

All express next day deliveries within the UK will be charged a £12.00 delivery charge (order before 11am - Monday to Friday). Please note due to logistics control the express delivery service may not be available at certain times.

All standard deliveries within the UK will be charged a £8.00 delivery charge. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

All deliveries to Europe will be charged a £16.00 delivery charge. Please allow 4-6 working days for delivery.

All deliveries to the rest of the world will be charged a £25.00 delivery charge. Please allow 5-8 working days for delivery.

The above delivery timescales are an approximate guide only. These timescales are based on information which our couriers have advised on. Usually from past experience most orders are delivered within these timescales.

If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at your billing delivery address, then a calling card will be left at the address with the phone number to call to arrange a re-delivery. Please note before the goods are handed to the recipient, the original calling card is needed along with proof of identification and signature will be required.

If re-delivery is attempted without success on a further occasion, the order will be returned back to us.

If an order has been lost or stolen whilst in transit, we will instruct a full investigation to be carried out by the courier company. No refund or replacement item will be sent until the investigation has been carried out and the claim has been approved by the courier company.

Please note - We no longer provide the delivery tracking reference number on any order, this is due to new security measures introduced.

Important Information for International Customers
All non UK residents can only pay via PayPal or bank transfer.
Any orders that are shipped outside of the EC (European Community) may occur additional charges due to import taxes & duties by your countries customs. Branded (www.branded.net) do not have any control over any additional charges which may occur. Branded (www.branded.net) will not be responsible in paying or contributing to any additional charges which may occur due to import taxes & duties.

We advise all International customers that all purchases will be completed in GBP (£ - UK Sterling). All International customers should check with their card issuer company the daily exchange rate before placing any orders. Although we monitor and update currency exchange rates on a daily basis different card companies charge different various rates for foreign currency purchase. Branded (www.branded.net) will not be responsible in paying or contributing to any additional charges which your card issuer company may additionally charge you.
